We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and we are commited to your satisfaction!
*We are happy to replace any defective or incorrect item.
*Returned items should be in original packaging and in resellable condition (i.e., odor-free, no use of any kind,
unwashed.) and returned with 30 days.
*Due to certain copyright laws, patterns, books and magazines can not be returned, no exceptions.
*Any cancellation of orders, provided that they have not been shipped, must be in writing via email or call the shop at 509-786-7367.
