We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and we are commited to your satisfaction!

*We are happy to replace any defective or incorrect item.

*Returned items should be in original packaging and in resellable condition (i.e., odor-free, no use of any kind,
  unwashed.) and returned with 30 days.

*Due to certain copyright laws, patterns, books and magazines can not be returned, no exceptions.

*Any cancellation of orders, provided that they have not been shipped, must be in writing via email or call the shop at 509-786-7367.


* Also remember to "refresh" your cart if you make any changes to your order, not refreshing can cause discarded items( or added items) to not show up thereby causing a possible overage (or shortage) on your order.


*All Sales from our Clearance Categories and all Special Orders are FINAL.
